Goal

The client requires automatic assignment of cases to the Analyst and if the analyst/supervisor is not available or out of office then they can easily have the out of office rule and have the assignment rule changed for it. We have configured the Case allocation rule in table FCC_ASSGN_RULE_DEFN and FCC_ASSGN_RULE_USER_MAP but these rules are not visible in ECM UI
