Symptoms

When attempting to call the REST API POST /ws/rest/service/v1/bp/record/{project_number}

the following error occurs.

ERROR

ORA-12899: value too large for column "UNIFIER"."UNIFIER_RESTAUDIT_LOG"."RESPONSE_COMMENTS" (actual : [Length of value], maximum : [Maximum limit])

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Call the REST API POST /ws/rest/service/v1/bp/record/{project_number}
  2. Receive the error.
