Oracle GlassFish Server 3.1.2.16 (build 1)
Oracle Communications Messaging Server 8.0.1.1.0 64bit (built Jun 15 2016)
When trying to display the mail tab in Convergence, some users receive an error message saying "the service is unavailable".
When the problem occurs, /opt/sun/comms/iwc/logs/iwc.log shows the following error:
This issue occurs with any Firefox or Chrome current versions.
Is there a way to increase the http headers limit in mshttpd to prevent this from occurring?
This issue is occurring for ~150 users.
In this deployment, they switched to a new 2FA authentication method which has richer headers. Since then, some users started seeing this issue.
