RMS Does Not Allow Closing "EG" Type Transfers With Approved Status (Doc ID 3072169.1)

Goal

RMS does not enable the "close" button for transfers with status Approved, to different origins/destinations (store >warehouse, warehouse>store,store>store).
However, if the status is changed from "A" to "P", and we enter the application again, the button is enabled.
In addition to this we saw Doc ID 2942921.1, and would like to confirm that it is exactly the same scenario, or a new scenario.
Also, will there be a patch in this version, and is there any prediction for it?
