On Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 3.4.1 version,
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

A Text File Watcher data load job is sometimes completing successfully, sometimes is failing (i.e. first job submission is completed successfully, next job is failing).
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It would be expected that the data load jobs to be completed successfully.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Place a file in the File Watcher folder.
2. Verify if the data load job is completed successfully.
