ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

ordprg aborts when order has PO Specific Deal with Threshold Revisions
When the Order Purge (ordprg) program tries to purge a purchase order that has a PO-Specific Deal and that Deal had undergone a Threshold Revision it fails with the following error:
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

ORA-02292: integrity constraint (RMS.DTR_DLD_FK) violated - child record found~DELETE: order_no =100001244548
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Find a purchase order that is Closed and has a PO-Specific Deal attached
2. In the Order Maintenance -> More Actions -> Deal Summary
3. Click on Deal for Deal Maintenance and click on Thresholds -> Revisions to see Deal Threshold Revisions
4. Notice that the Order History Purge (Completed Orders) is set to 8 months
5. Run ordprg and notice it aborts with an ORA-02292 error
