ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

DSG discount is not applied when member is added and recurring charges(RC) product is purchased in the same transaction

Note:
A> The above operation will work as expected when below entry is disabled in cm/pin.conf
- fm_subscription propagate_discount 0
For the usecase, need propagate_discount to be enabled.
B> Tried with custom solution mentioned in these KMs. but its not resolving issue.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Discounts present in Discount Sharing Group(DSG) should be applied.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create service.
2. Add service as member to the DSG group using PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_SHARING_GROUP_MODIFY.
3. Create a ordered balance group for the member.
4. Purchase RC product for the service.
NOTE: step 2,3 and 4 are done in the Same Transaction.
