On :Oracle Communications Unified Assurance 6.0.4.0.2 version

Q1. We have a device that has duplicate interfaces showing in the UI.
       We can see the Interfaces showing in the UI, but when running either of the below commands in Query Tools directly on the server, it only returns one. Why?

 
Q2. When we try to search our Device Catalog for the 2 different device IDs, we can only find a result for one of them.
       Is there a reason why we don't see it and when we are let's say, go into Device Catalog and delete a device, is it not actually getting fully deleted?
 
Q3. Is there any workaround for this or a way to check other devices quickly that may have this issue as well?
