Symptoms
On : 12.7.1 version, Enterprise Edition
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Presenter step crashes and core dumps are issued. Transaction goes to a 441 error status.
We can submit the same email template to the same email address and one will fail then the other will be successful.
The issue occurs around 3 out of 4 times. User keeps submitting email until it is successful.
