Goal

Trying to explore different ALM user group and their access and ran into some issues.

Right now, currently in the following ALM Application related user groups: ALM Application Administrator Group, ALM Application Analyst Group, ALM Application Auditor Group. However, when attempting to run any ALM process (Static or Dynamic), the process just immediately failed with the following error message:

Module Logging OFS errors: (203105) Oracle drv_oci error: Disconnect: Not all ORACLE driver copies destroyed!

Another user with the same three ALM Application related user groups is able to run the process with no issue.

Please advise what other settings that need to change, or is there any other user group needed in order to run the process?
