The Case Followup Receipt Date in Case Listing Report Does Not Display the Latest Follow-Up Date (Doc ID 3072893.1)

Goal

In the Case Listing, when the Field 'Case Followup Receipt Date' is provided, this does not display the latest Significant or last Follow-up Receipt date supplied in the case.

Steps to Reproduce:


[Reports] > Aggregate Reports > Case Listing

Create a Case Listing Report including the below selected fields

Case Creation Time
Mast.er Priority Level
Case Report Type
Country of Incidence
Case Initial Receipt Date
Case Followup Receipt Date
Case Status
Product Name
Event Seriousness
Study Protocol ID
Case Lock Date
Case Classification
Routing User
Routing Date
Routing Comment
Case Primary Suspect Product
Product Type

[] Case Creation Date [x] Case Receipt Date [] Case Locked/Archived Date

Date Range = 01-JAN-1900 to 01-JAN-2999

[x] Include in Header

Primary Sorting = Case Num
Secondary Sorting = Case Follow-up Receipt Date

Create a case which has below Follow-ups logged under [General] tab for case (just the most recent 3 entries)

Initial Receipt Date
07-SEP-2023

Amendments / Follow-ups (3)

Date FU Received Significant
04-NOV-2024 [ ]
31-OCT-2024 [x]
28-OCT-2024 [x]

In the case listing when run it shows the below:

Case Initial Receipt Date = 07-Sep-2023
Case Follow-up Date = 28-Oct-2024

So this does not show the latest follow-ups or the latest significant follow-up, but seems to show the first follow-up added to the case.
