Memory Based Snapshot is generating Bills Of Material (BOM) components with negative bill_sequence_id and component_sequence_id.

Ex: The bill_sequence_id for one of the problematic items is -2139015366

Due to this issue Available To Promise (ATP) is unable to identify the BOM for such items and the ATP results are incorrect.

The issue can be reproduced while performing the below actions:

1. Launch ASCP plan.

Nav: Advanced Supply Chain Planner (R) - > Supply Chain Plans -> Launch.

2. Run the below SQLs to identify the problematic records:
