Creating cross allocations receipts in SIM is incorrectly reserving inventory in item_loc_soh.TSF_RESERVED_QTY and item_loc_soh.TSF_EXPECTED_QTY .

Steps to Reproduce:

In RMS Create Purchase order with 2 items ranged to same warehouse and store.
Create allocation for the purchase order.
Create a shipment for order and receive it.
Dispatch the allocation to the store, a separate carton for each item.
In SIM, receive the item one in the carton two.
In SIM, receive item from carton two in carton one.
The transfer is created in RMS, but merchandise is reserved that is not expected.
