Need Help Configuring DWS Queues On A New Assembly Line (Doc ID 3073021.1)

Symptoms

We have set up a new assembly line in an existing Documaker environment (we have 12 assembly lines, and I added the 13th).

The factory and Weblogic environments are up and I can run jobs through Documaker by dropping an xml into the new assembly line's hot folder. The transaction will successfully make it all the way to TRNSTATUS 999.

My problem is that I am not able to submit a transaction via DWS
