Getting below error when trying to upgrade Agile from 9.3.6.28.6 to 9.3.6.29

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Apply Agile 9.3.6 RUP28.6.
  2. Run Install_Patch.bat/sh from Agile 9.3.6 RUP29 download directory.
  3. Received error.
