Goal
After configuring a new attributes on the BoS composition table of Declarations, the Excel Import fails to Import the data for newly created attribute such as multitext.
In this example a new attribute ‘Text01’ on the BoS table on ‘Part Groups’ tab of ‘Homogeneous Material Declarations’ subclass was added. While trying to update the values for the ‘Text’ attribute, it fails without displaying any errors.
Steps:
To enable the Text01 attribute:
1. Log into Java Client and select Admin tab > Data Settings > Classes
2. Homogeneous Material Declarations
3. Select User Interface Tabs > Part Group Composition > Attributes
4. Set the text01 attribute to visible
