IWS C1-Bill getBill operation doesn't return the Autopay Amount and Creation Date in the AutoPay Details list.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

IWS C1-Bill getBill operation should show the Autopay Amount and Creation Date in the AutoPay Details list.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Bill has Autopay Creation Date and Autopay Amount.
2. Invoke getBill operation in IWS C1-Bill using Bill Id.
3. The response doesn’t include the Autopay Creation Date and Autopay Amount in its response:
