Symptoms
When searching for a circuit using the 'Circuit' search function, the breaker doesn't blink in the geographic viewer to highlight the start of circuit.
When searching for a circuit using the 'Circuit' search function and the circuit has substation internals available, the hypernode does blink in the geographic space.
Operator is expecting the breaker to blink.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Search for any circuit
2. The targeted object is not selected.
