Description
----------------------
In OFSAAI 8.1.2.4, on the Batch Maintenance screen, if a batch has many tasks and the last task appears alone on the last page, the buttons View, Edit, and Delete do not work (only Add works).

For example:
- A batch has 16 tasks.
- The screen shows 15 tasks per page by default.
- The 16th task appears alone on the second page.
- When selecting this task, the buttons do nothing.

Steps to Reproduce
=============================
1. Open Batch Maintenance.
2. Select a batch with more than one task (e.g., 16 tasks).
3. Set rows per page to 15.
4. Go to the last page (where only the last task is visible).
5. Try clicking View, Edit, or Delete on this task.

Error
-----------------------
The buttons do not work for the last task when it is the only task on the page.

Business Impact
-----------------------
- Users cannot edit or delete the last task if it appears alone.
- Extra effort is needed to adjust settings and access the task.

Workaround
=============================
- Change the records per page to show all tasks on one page.
- Avoid leaving a single task on the last page.
