Goal

Allocations can't be saved when they are created based on another allocation

Please help us understand the root cause and fix a critical issue for business users. They are unable to save and approve allocations when these are created based on other allocations. When the Manual policy is selected, the error message "The Allocation could not be saved. Try again later. Error building exclusions" appears, preventing the allocation from being saved.
