DESCRIPTION OF ISSUE
=====================
jboss is starting using the following command ./standalone.sh -c standaline-full.xml -b
After Jboss has been configured to work over https with successful installation of certificate, creating of a node in IBSS using the https port fails.
Steps to Reproduce Issue:
1. Configure Jboss to utlize a vault and keystore for storing certificate and enabling HTTPS.
2. Test HTTPS connection works over port 8443 by navigating to https://:8443/
3. Follow the Insbridge installation guide titled "SoftRater for Jboss Installation Guide" or "E96959_01" to page 38.
4. Test HTTPS connection works over port 8443 to IBSS by navigating to https://:8443/IBSS
5. Continue on page 43 at Step 2: Setting Up a Jboss Enviornment in IBSS.
6. Continue and error occurs on page 52 at substep 3.
Expected Behavior: ability to use HTTPS when creating a node. When adding service endpoints at startup, it should be over https.
Workaround: use http instead of https (not to security standards)
