Symptoms

UA 6.0.4.0.2 Broker Process

A user needs to bring system back online using the IP address of a former V4 collection server. For some reason, no matter what order of operations we try- add, remove, reinstall, etc. , the below mentioned error persists. The user can see the server in the GUI ,but cannot start the Broker process.
