Symptoms

When Account Status Is Updated From PENDING To VOID Status, No Update happens to relevant fields Account Table 

When an account in PENDING status is updated to VOID (via ACCOUNT RESCISSION non monetary transaction), relevant date fields in the accounts table updated.

Expectation is ACC_LAST_ACTIVITY_DT should be updated. At the Same time ACTIVE accounts when VOIDED, system updates ACC_LAST_ACTIVITY_DT and ACC_CLOSE_DT.
