Applies to:
Oracle Financial Services Revenue Management and Billing - Version 5.1.0.0.0 to 5.1.0.0.0 [Release 5.0]Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
The inbound message processing is failing with a system error when the account alert size exceeds 20. The error message "Cannot process 21 rows in list ACCT_ALERT with max size 20" indicates that the system is unable to handle more than 20 alerts for a single account. This issue can be replicated by creating over 20 alerts for an account through the Account UI and subsequently updating the same account using the Business Object (BO). This highlights a potential limitation in the system's capacity to handle large volumes of alerts associated with individual accounts.
