On Oracle Communications Billing and Reveneu Management 15.0.1.0.0 version, Billing Care

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

The "remaining amount to be allocated" is not visible in allocation payment page.

if the unallocated amount is less than or equal to 3 digit, it is showing the "remaining amount to be allocated" in Billing Care User Interface (UI) screen. But when the Unallocated amount is grater than 3 digits that amount is not visible in Billing Care Allocate payment page

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The "remaining amount to be allocated" should be visible in allocation payment page

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. On Billing care 15.0.1, for a sample account make some payments with 3 digit and 4 digits

Example:
Payment of 147
Payment of 2960

2. Go to Unallocated Payments -->select the 3 digit payment (Example 147) and click allocate. Verify that the "remaining amount to be allocated" is populated correctly.

3. Go back to All Unallocated Payments-->select the 3 digit payment(Example 2960) and click allocate. Verify if the remaining amount to be allocated" value is getting populated or not.
