Version: 5.1.0.0.0
Problem type: User Interface (UI)
Problem Summary: NBORN GL Line was not created for Newborn
Problem Description: There is a problem with the charge for newborn
Troubleshoot: System should have created three charges
1. 1st - December 1st for existing 3 members.
2. 2nd - December 2nd with newborn.
3. 3rd - December 31st with all members.
But since charge 1 and 2 had same final premium, it created a single charge.
Replication steps:
Send an inbound message for adding Newborn on 12/02 with DOB as 11/02 and process it.
