EPPM Configuration Wizard Stops Working and Errors in the Log Show "getSubject is supported only if a security manager is allowed" (Doc ID 3074401.1)

Symptoms

When running the EPPM Configuration wizard to create a new P6 EPPM environment, the wizard stops running and log files show the follow error:

ERROR

OUTPUT>WLST detected that the RuntimeMBeanServer is not enabled. This
OUTPUT>might happen if the RuntimeMBeanServer is disabled via the JMXMBean.
OUTPUT>Please ensure that this MBeanServer is enabled. Online WLST cannot
OUTPUT>function without this MBeanServer.
OUTPUT>This Exception occurred at <time failed>
OUTPUT>java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException: getSubject is supported only if a security manager is allowed
