Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Interest rates are displayed with only 2 decimals even though database value has 3 or more
Interest rates (margin, index, note) are displayed on the Contract tab in Origination with only 2 decimal places even though the value loaded into the fields on the database have more than 2.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should display 4 decimal values for interest rate under customer service --> contract information screen
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select an active account having Interest rate with 4 decimal values
2. Go to Customer service --> Contract Information screen
3. View the Interest value displayed
