Goal
In 8.1.2.5- When user takes the Action- 'Sent Warning Memo to Representative' along with Due Date set; then resulting action should be in 'Follow-Up' status. However this Action is getting set to 'Closed' status even though the user is setting a 'Due Date'.
Expected behavior for 'Follow-Up-Close' action should be:
When a user sets a Due Date for this 'Sent Warning Memo to Representative' action then the status of this action should be set to 'Follow-Up'.
If the user does NOT set a Due Date for this 'Sent Warning Memo to Representative' action then the status of this action should be set to 'Close'.
