Following error is reported in the staging table: MSC_ST_PLANNERS

The value provided for USER_NAME is invalid. Please resubmit this record with a valid value for USER_NAME

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Load the data into the stating table: MSC_ST_PLANNERS, with invalid FND user name in the column: USER_NAME
2. Navigation: Advanced Supply Chain Planner > Collections > Legacy Systems > Collect Flat File Data
