PSR Validate Order Receives Error "CaUsageDataBuilder: No ValidValueLangData found for ValdValueId:" (Doc ID 3075058.1)

Symptoms

Users are receiving the following error at different process points (i.e. processing orders or saving circuits) after a new valid value was added to a custom attribute the day before.


    Error: CaUsageDataBuilder: No ValidValueLangData found for ValdValueId: 102085 method:populateFromCaValidValueLangData:2 [BB:PP:CaId:CaUsageId:langCode]=:100247:0:53:100082:0409
