Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) version 15, partition management tasks are accomplished by running the partition_utils utility.

There is a known issue when running the partition_utils tool against the buffer tables while “adding” or "removing” partitions.

For instance as following:
  partition_utils -o add -t realtime -s 02012025 -q 2 -u month -p -c /invoice -f -p
