Symptoms

In Oracle Communications BRM - Elastic Charging Engine (ECE), when a customer has a positive balance (debt), the ECE system is responding with a DIAMETER_CREDIT_LIMIT_REACHED (4012) error code for Mobile Terminated (MT) calls, and this is the expected behavior.

 

Is there a configuration setting or parameter that can be enabled to allow MT calls when the customer's balance is positive?
