PricingUpdater Connectivity Issue To PDC Weblogic Server (Doc ID 3075381.1)

Goal

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) and Pricing Design Center (PDC) 15.0.1.0.0 version, Cloud Native Deployment

After upgrading BRM-15 PS1 from BRM-12 PS4, it is observed that ECE PricingUpdater is unable to connect to the PDC Weblogic server due to connectivity issue.

Here user have upgraded their application from BRM 12 PS4 to BRM 15 PS1 and then tried to publish pricing components from PDC to ECE. But the pricingUpdater throws the below Error while connecting to the PDC weblogic server and unable to consume the pricing information published.

This issue is happening every time in the High Avilability (H/A) setup. i.e, when ECE and BRM are at different Clouds. But when both ECE and BRM are at same Private cloud, it was working.
