Reloads With Paygo Offer Not Working As Expected.

Symptoms
Customer having reload offer will be granted base free units. Once this base free units are depleted, Reload free units should be granted automatically. Reload free units will be consumed and next Reloads will be granted. This grant will go on until 'No of Reloads' becomes 0. Once all the Reloads are consumed, charging will continue on payGo of there is a payGo or FUI Terminate will be triggered if there is no payGo.
1. Create customer and purchase reload offer which grants 40MB of base free units without any payGo
2. Base free units are depleted and Reload is granted.
Issue1
Expected: rating should continue and reload free units should start consuming without any FUI
Actual : FUI Terminate is triggered after passing USU for reload free units.
Issue2
Expected: currency validity should be unlimited and should have only 1 balance impact
Actual : Currency validity is set to end of billing cycle and multiple balance impacts are created for each reload charge.
