Missing Records Observed During Bulk CDRs Processing (Doc ID 3075496.1)

Goal

Customer had processed a Call Detail Record (CDR) file containing 4,23,056 records. Out of these, 233,188 records were successfully processed and loaded into Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), while 20,182 records were suspended. However, the remaining 169,686 records are unaccounted. 

How to resolve this issue?
