Symptoms

TFANALYST is unable to view the alerts with different jurisdiction and Business Domain other than 'All'

Steps to Reproduce: Generate the alerts with different jurisdiction and Business Domain other than 'All' and verify accessing the alert list page

Actual Behavior: The alert list page does not display the alert

Expected Behavior: The alert list page should display the alert post mapping the alert combination to user group code in domain_jur_grp_map table
