Agile Email Notifications Fail After Linux Upgrade to 8.1 (Doc ID 3075776.1)

Symptoms

Agile notification emails failing after Linux upgrade.

Inbox notifications are working fine.

Error in server log:
Actual Exception : Couldn't connect to host, port: 127.0.0.1, 25; timeout 120000

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade Agile servers from Linux from 7.8 to 8.1.
2. Restart server(s).
3. Login to Web Client: http(s)://<FQDN>:<port>/Agile/PLMServlet
4. Send email notification from an object.
5. Fails to deliver to email id.

 Upgraded Appserver, DB and File Manager OS to Linux 8.1
