Standard collection fails .
Issue can be reproduced with the following steps

NAV: Advanced Supply Chain Planner (R) / Collections / Oracle Systems / Standard Data Collections - enter parameters and submit the request set.

Procedure MSC_CL_BOM_PULL.LOAD_RESOURCE started.
Error in department/Res Group Insert: 1
ORA-04098: trigger 'APPS.CR_RSRC_MST_IL' is invalid and failed re-validation
Error in Routine GMP_CALENDAR_PKG.RSRC_EXTRACT.
