Incorrect GSU in CCA With FUI TERMINATE (Doc ID 3076198.1)

Symptoms

On Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) version 15.0.1.0.2, below rating scenario was yielding incorrect result wherein the granted service units (GSU) is incorrect in the Credit-Control-Answer (CCA) with final unit indicator (FUI) TERMINATE.

Scenario:

  1. Create account and purchase offer which grants 45MB
  2. Initiate session, GSU -> 20MB
  3. Update1: USU -> 20MB, GSU -> 20MB, Balance -> 25MB
  4. Update2: USU -> 20MB, GSU -> 0MB with FUI TERMINATE, Balance -> 5MB
  5. Terminate session with 0 USU (user service units)
  6. See that FUI TERMINATE is triggered with GSU = 0 in Update2
  7. Issue is that, since 5MB GSU is not triggered in CCA of Update2, session will be terminated with 0 USU and 5MB will never be used
  8. It is expected that FUI TERMINATE should be triggered with GSU = 5MB in Update2
