Cannot Attach Files to Change Order with ORA-08004 and ORA-00942 Error Messages (Doc ID 3076651.1)

Symptoms

User cannot upload file to the attachment tab of any Change Order object in Agile with the below errors:

ORA-08004: sequence VERSION SEQ. NEXTVAL exceeds MAXVALUE and cannot be instantiated
ORA-06512: at "AGILE GET DECOUPLED OBJECT_ID", line 29
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist ORA-06512: at "AGILE.GET_DECOUPLED_OBJECT_ID", line 11 ORA-06512: at line 1

Changes

Customer has already deployed the Gap Collector as described in 2263206.1 - Averify AGIL-00025151 and AGIL-00025153 Error SEVERE PROBLEM - AGILE OBJECT SEQUENCE ID IS REACHING MAXIMUM on Agile 9.3.3 and After
