Difference In Results Between Different Environments Using Same Criteria

Symptoms
Rating using the same Request XML hitting the same packages returns different results.
Environment A is configured with Oracle DB and Environment B is configured with MS SQL DB and both are using Jboss EAP 7.2. Same packages are loaded in both environments.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Configure a Jboss EAP 7.2 SoftRater environment to use Oracle DB.
2. Configure a Jboss EAP 7.2 SoftRater environment to use MS SQL DB.
3. Load the same package(s) to both environments from step 1 and 2.
4. Rate against both environments either from RateManager and compare the result.
Expected Behavior: Using the same request the expectation is that the same result would be returned from the SoftRater.
