Unable To Update Settlement Days For Aggregate Stop-Loss (ASL) Pricing Rule After Billing

After first billing, when updating the ASL pricing rule's settlement days (e.g. from 60 days to 30 days), an error message is getting thrown to the user which prevents the user from saving.

ERROR
-----------------------
You can only select more settlement days since this pricing rule has been used in transaction.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. After first billing, update the ASL pricing rule’s settlement days.
2. Settlement days is initially 60 days. Update it to 30 days.
3. Click Save, and error will be returned to the user.
