Symptoms

After installing Agile 9.3.6 RUP 29 and testing the VueServlet URL for AutoVue for Agile the following error is displayed in the browser.

ERROR

<html><head><title>User Unauthorized </title></head><body><h2>401 Unauthorized</h2></body></html>


STEPS
1. Launch a browser
2. Open the File Manager Configuration page
http://<file_manger:port>/Filemgr/Configuration
3. Copy the VueServlet URL into the browser
