Symptoms
Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) is throwing 5031 Result Code when UsedServiceUnit (USU) is set to 0 in Terminate message.
Scenario:
+++++++++++
1. INITIATE - without any Requested Service Unit (RSU);
2. UPDATE - sent with USU as 0;
3. TERMINATE - sent with USU as 0:
NOTE: Customer wants to test the scenario when B party doesn't pick the call/not reachable etc... In that case total duration of the call will be 0 sec. Hence USU is 0.
