BRM Installer Not Able To Finish Using Silent Mode (Doc ID 3078713.1)

Customer were trying to install Billing and Revenue Management 15 (BRM15) out-of-the-box (OOB), using the installer:

Step 1: Customer obtained a fresh new template using the -getResponseFileTemplates.

Step 2: Filled the response file with all required values.

Step 3: Ran the installer using the -silent -responseFile option.

Step 4: The installation exited with a java Exception that indicates that states: invalid response file.
