Symptoms

On : 8.1.2.4 version, RULE_OFSS

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

---------------

When a Basel run is executed from PMF, $EXEID is passing as null to rule which is causing filter not being applied as part of rule execution and this is random issue.

Sample log information of RULE log where EXEID value passed as null:

"$RUNID=1662404425093,$PHID=1662404425093~~JOB_1614889915283~~Job_1590770573528~~Job_1590994567080~~JOB_1620628943767~~JOB_1617783785367,$EXEID=null,$RUNSK=121"

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

$EXEID value should be properly passed to the RULE execution.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Execute a PMF workflow having RULE activities

Due to this issue, Results will not be fetched as expected.
