[ECM 8.0.8] : ECM Batch T2T Failure To Add Already Existing Accounts To A Case (Doc ID 3078806.1)

Last updated on APRIL 01, 2025

Applies to:

Oracle Financial Services Enterprise Case Management - Version 8.0.7 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

We are experiencing batch failures in ECM T2T task (t2t_KDD_CASE_ACCOUNTS) because the account that is being inserted by the batch is already present in the ECM case. The account is added into ECM case through UI action such as 'Add customer' / 'Add Account' / 'Close and Merge' . When the newly generated event having the same account ID gets correlated to existing open ECM case, the t2t task fails because the account already exists in KDD_CASE_ACCOUNTS for that case ID.

The T2T task does not handle data checks like existence of same record in table for a case ID causing such failures. Could you check if we could get a patch for fixing this issue? A merge statement instead of insert would help avoid the issue

Error from t2t batch logs -

Error Messaage : ORA-00001: unique constraint (ECMATOMMSO.UK_CASE_ACCOUNTS)
