Goal

In Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) 15.0.1 Cloud Native (CN), Network Repository Function(NRF) custom payload is implemented in such a way that helm templates need to be edited.

NRF payload is expected to be not part of helm templates which makes ECE release not suitable for deployment in multiple environments.

Currently it is included as charging setting yaml.

Can this be changed?
