Symptoms
While updating the install event, getting 'Event Date/Time Cannot Be Earlier Than Previous Event's Date/Time' inconsistently.
This issue is occurring while updating install events using both Manual and smart meter install event Business objects.
Steps
1. Configure Cross Installed Meter Request Type
2. Configure Action Method
3. Flush system
4. Find two compatible meters
5. Main > Device Installation > Crossed Installed Meter Process > Add
6. Select Meter 1 - Device - 10234590xxxx
For meter 1, perform multiple ON and OFFs after the initial install date.
7. Select Meter 2 Device - 07524573xxxx
8. Click Swap Meters
Observation -
Error Details
Event Date/Time (01-20-2017 0:00:00 PST) cannot be earlier than a previous event's date/time (02-04-2019 11:08:52 PST)
